CIIT Lahore Alumni Association arranges multi-dimensional events to create a liaison among alumni and students. In these events alumni share their experiences, 'charm and difficulties' of practical life with students and guide them in their career path. Through these events association provides an upportunity to students to interact with their seniors and know about industry or market trends and requirements in skills and expertise.

In this context association organizes students-alumni meetings, seminars or group discussions, alumni get together and music nights etc. Association also takes part in admission process and convocation of graduates each semester. Association also organizes sports day in which alumni and students' teams play cricket, football and other sports in a friendly manner.

Association also shows commitment towards community, environment and country and hence organizes public awareness events like Green day, Education and Health etc.
